Chōchin-Kozō (提灯小僧 or ちょうちんこぞう, Chōchin-Kozō) is a creature from Japanese folklore.

DescriptionEdit

Chōchin-Kozō is a boy holding a chochin lantern with a red face that stops in front of people. If they try to pass it, he speeds up in front of them and stares at them. He does this over and over until his eventual disappearance.
